HR Compliance Alert: Required Employment Posters – Are You Compliant?

As the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) recently increased the penalties from $680 to $698 for not posting its appropriate federal employment law posters, it’s a good time for employers to doublecheck that they not only have the required EEOC posters displayed, but all the various federal employment posters that are mandated. Each state also has their group of required posters. Keep in mind that remote employees also need access to these posters.
