Important QuickBooks Desktop Information

Intuit announced that after July 31, 2024, they will no longer sell the following products to new subscribers:

  • QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus
  • QuickBooks Desktop Premier Plus
  • QuickBooks Desktop Mac Plus
  • QuickBooks Desktop Enhanced Payroll

QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise (Enterprise) is not impacted, and customers can continue to purchase Enterprise subscriptions after July 31, 2024.

To be considered a current subscriber you must subscribe to 2024 before July 31, 2024. You will not be able to upgrade your QuickBooks Desktop to 2024 after July 31, 2024.

Additional Information:

  • Once upgraded, annual subscription will be required.
  • QuickBooks 2024 is run on a different operating system than previous version.
  • QuickBooks will continue to provide security updates, product updates, and support for existing subscribers using the 2024 version.
  • QuickBooks will not support any previous versions.

After July 31, 2024, Miller Cooper will not maintain any QuickBooks Desktop files prior to 2024. Prior to July 31, 2024, Miller Cooper can assist with QuickBooks Desktop upgrades to 2024, Enterprise, or conversions to QuickBooks Online. After July 31, 2024, Miller Cooper can assist with upgrades to Enterprise or conversions to QuickBooks Online.
