Tom Graziano, CPA, Director

Tom Graziano is the director of the corporate tax and reporting group at Miller Cooper. Prior to joining Miller Cooper he was a manager at one of the big four public accounting firms working in their Global Compliance and Reporting Group. He specializes working with a variety of entities from start-up, multi-national privately held companies, and publicly traded entities assisting in tax reporting for their annual financial statements.

Relevant Experience

Tom’s experience includes over 13 years of working in technology, private equity, consulting, and manufacturing industries. His experience includes helping companies expand their reporting process through organic and M&A growth, review income tax reporting process to optimize efficiency and information flow and developing seamless process between work performed in tax reporting and compliance.

He has extensive experience in working through tax calculations for stock-based compensation, 163(J) interest expense limitation, research and development expenses, 280E & 471 (c ) considerations for Cannabis companies, and purchase accounting adjustments from acquisitions.

Education and Professional Activities

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Northern Illinois. He is a member of the AICPA and the Illinois CPA Society.
