Responsibilities

Ashlee Kuhl is a Miller Cooper Audit Principal and a member of the firm’s Assurance and Accounting department. Ashlee brings more than 20 years of experience providing accounting, auditing and business advisory services to businesses in the middle market.

Relevant Experience

As an Audit Principal, Ashlee leads and oversees engagement teams, ensuring high-quality execution for clients through effective project management and close collaboration with client leadership. She brings extensive experience across a broad client base, with a focus in auditing professional services, distribution, and manufacturing industries. Additionally, her experience includes auditing employee benefit plans, including those sponsored by publicly traded companies and their subsidiaries and affiliates.

Educational and Professional Activities

Ashlee received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and French from Illinois Wesleyan University and her Master of Accounting Degree from the University of Southern California. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.
