Matt Luckenbill, CPA, Principal

Responsibilities

Matt Luckenbill is a Principal in the Audit and Assurance Services department with experience serving primarily closely held and private equity-backed companies in the middle market. Matt provides audit and assurance, general business consulting and other accounting services to ensure the needs of his diverse client base are met. In addition to serving clients, Matt performs engagement quality reviews of audits, reviews, and other attest and compliance engagements across a wide range of industries and serves a key role in supporting the firm’s system of quality management.

Relevant Experience

Matt joined Miller Cooper in 2020 following previous experience at a national firm, and provides significant experience with manufacturers and distributors, the logistics, transportation, and warehousing industries, and general service businesses. In addition, Matt works on the audits of employee benefit plans and other financial accounting special projects.

Education and Professional Activities

Matt earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from Illinois State University. He is a licensed certified public accountant and active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.
