Nick Nolte, CPA, Principal

Responsibilities

Nick Nolte is an Audit Principal in the Assurance and Accounting department and possesses experience serving middle market, privately held companies of all sizes. Nick is responsible for the management and supervision of his engagement teams. In addition to serving clients, Nick is active in firm recruitment and training new and experienced hires. He has been with Miller Cooper since 2011 and has exclusively served privately held companies in the middle market his entire career.

Relevant Experience

Nick has a diverse client base and specializes in audits of manufacturers and distributors, construction companies, and transportation and trucking companies. He is also involved with general business consulting, agreed-upon procedures and financial accounting special projects. In addition, Nick works on benefit plan audits for companies of all sizes.

Educational and Professional Activities

Nick earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Accounting Science degrees from Northern Illinois University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.
