Glenn W. Paddack, CPA, Principal, Transaction Advisory Services

Glenn Paddack is a Principal in the Transaction Advisory Services group at Miller Cooper and a member of the firm’s Assurance and Accounting department. He is responsible for the direction of client services and has worked with an array of clients in various industries, including closely held businesses, manufacturing, distribution, financial services, technology and construction.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:  He has over 15 years of experience working with private equity groups and their portfolio companies in a diverse range of industries including manufacturers, distributors, service and technology companies. His experience includes pre-acquisition due diligence related to mergers and acquisitions, post-acquisition accounting assistance related to mergers and acquisitions, general transaction consulting, internal control reviews, and agreed-upon procedures reports.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES:   Mr. Paddack earned a Bachelor of Finance, and a Bachelor of Accounting from Northern Illinois University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society. He participates in Miller Cooper’s M&A Industry Group.
